Looking into it, I’m having a hard time validating my claim that you’ve highlighted. It seems like only a few of the estimates I’ve cited actually find overall spending will be lower. I maintain that costs could be brought below current levels even with expanded coverage with some of the reforms I mention in the article, but my claim here seems unsupported, so I’m removing it from the article.
